Terms of Service for Autotik

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoTik (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the TikTok Developer Terms available at developers.tiktok.com. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms also incorporate Our Privacy Policy, which governs how We handle your data and is available at https://ai-atomic-mouse.com/autotik-privacy-policy.

2. Service Description
AutoTik is an internal application developed by Atomic Mouse, located at 37 rue Saint-François de Sales, 73000 Chambéry, France (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). The Service automates the posting of videos from your Google Drive to TikTok using the TikTok API within a n8n workflow.

3. Eligibility and Use of Service

• You agree to use the Service solely for its intended purpose: automating video uploads from Google Drive to TikTok.

• You must comply with all applicable laws, TikTok’s policies (including the TikTok Developer Terms), and these Terms.

• You are responsible for ensuring that the videos uploaded via AutoTik comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and do not infringe on any third-party rights (e.g., copyright, privacy).

4. Account and Access

• To use AutoTik, you may need to authenticate with your Google Drive and TikTok accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access to AutoTik if you violate these Terms or TikTok’s policies.

5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

• Use AutoTik for any purpose other than authorized video posting.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service or the TikTok API.

• Use the Service to post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines.

• Share access to AutoTik with unauthorized individuals outside of Atomic Mouse.

6. Data and Privacy
AutoTik accesses videos and associated metadata from your Google Drive and interacts with TikTok for posting purposes. By using AutoTik, you acknowledge that data may be processed by third-party services (e.g., Google, TikTok) in accordance with their respective policies.

7. Limitations of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• The Company is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or failures in video posting, nor for any violations of TikTok’s terms caused by your use of AutoTik.

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or revenue.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of AutoTik, including any content you post to TikTok or violations of these Terms or TikTok’s policies.

9. Termination

• The Company may suspend or terminate your access to AutoTik at its discretion, including if you breach these Terms or TikTok’s policies, or if TikTok suspends Our access to their API.

• Upon termination, you must cease using the Service, and any data associated with your usage may be deleted in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes via email. Changes are effective upon posting of the updated Terms at this location. Your continued use of AutoTik after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Chambéry, France.
