FAQ Free Discovery Call

• What is a free discovery call?
  A free discovery call is a 30-minute meeting with me to discuss your specific needs and how our services can help you achieve them. It's a chance to ask any questions you may have and find out how Atomic Mouse can help you improve your business by automating repetitive tasks.

• How do I book?
  Just click on the calendar and follow the short instructions.
  Be sure to check the time zone at bottom left.

• Can I change or cancel an appointment?
  Of course you can! Once you've confirmed your choice, a summary window appears. At the bottom, you can reschedule or cancel the appointment.
  
  You can also modify or cancel your appointment in the confirmation e-mail you receive.

• How much does the discovery call cost?
  The discovery call is completely free of charge and without obligation.

• Can I book several calls?
  No, I only take one call per company.

• How does a discovery call work?
  I do an audit of your site (you must indicate the URL when booking) before our appointment.

  Then, at the time scheduled by you, I call you (either by Cal or Google Meet, depending on your choice at the time of booking). We'll talk about your business, your objectives, your specific needs and the possibilities for automation.

• And if we come to an agreement?
  If you decide that IA services are right for you, we'll propose a customized plan that meets your specific needs. You'll then have the opportunity to sign a contract and become a customer.

• What do I need to prepare for the call?
  It's helpful to have an idea of your goals, challenges and current needs before the call. You can also prepare a list of questions to ask the IA expert.

• What do I do after the call?
  After the call, you'll receive a follow-up e-mail with a summary of the discussion and additional information about IA services. You will also have the opportunity to schedule a follow-up call with an IA expert to discuss your needs in more detail ((this follow-up call will be billed at 100€/hour and reimbursed on your bill).
